Helping Hand
Helping Hand has an array of resources relating to aged care, including brochures and fact sheets listing available support. Resources are available on their site for both out-of-home and in-home care for those wishing to stay in their current accommodation. They have also created a resource, Forgotten Australians, Real Care the Second Time Around, that aims to assist providers of aged care and their understanding of the experiences faced by Forgotten Australians.
